We are offering a Debt Financing Commercial Loan to potential borrowers. In conjunction with several lenders, Private Equity, and Hedge Fund Managers, we are offering these loan programs. General Terms & Conditions are below, however, please note that Terms and Conditions always may vary based on the borrower seeking debt financing and nature of the business.

ï‚« Closing Cost: 5% to 7.5% (depends on the amount and nature of the business. Higher the lending amount lower the interest rate.)
