Commercial Loan & Debt Financing
We are offering a Debt Financing Commercial Loan to potential borrowers. In conjunction with several lenders, Private Equity, and Hedge Fund Managers, we are offering these loan programs. General Terms & Conditions are below, however, please note that Terms and Conditions always may vary based on the borrower seeking debt financing and nature of the business.
Application: no application or any upfront fee required
Terms: 5 years to 15 years
Loan Amount: 5 Million USD to 5 Billion USD
Interest Rate: 3%-8%
Closing Cost: 5% to 7.5% (depends on the amount and nature of the business. Higher the lending amount lower the interest rate.)
Territory: US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, most of West Europe, Middle East, and India
Minimum Cash Required (LTV): 10% of borrowed amount
Documents Required: executive summary by defining the borrower ownership and current asset, borrower company information, business plan, appraisal report (if available), financial statement and a financial forecast
