Requirements

 680+ credit score on all 3 bureaus
 $50k+ in taxable income for past 2 years
 Credit report MUST be obtained from MYFICO.COM
 Debt To Income (DTI) below 30%
*Pre-qualification in 24 hours or less

Supporting Documents

 Front/Back of ID/DL
 Front/Back of Social Security Card
 Utility bill with client’s name and home address on it
 Proof of income (30 days of paystubs/W-2s/2 years of business)
 Tax returns if self-employed

Business Card Program

Requirements

 680+ credit score on all 3 bureaus
 Credit report MUST be obtained from www.MyFICO.com
 Debt To Income (DTI) below 30%
 Credit Utilization below 30%
*Pre-qualification in 24 hours or less
